Banque cantonale neuchâteloise (BCN) has reinstated its entire ATM network after investing several hundred thousand Swiss francs in security upgrades due to a rise in attacks, particularly near the French border. While some machines have been relocated or protected with metal curtains, others, like those in Couvet and La Brévine, remain out of service due to insufficient risk-reducing solutions. Overall, BCN operates 47 ATMs, with specific measures implemented at various locations to enhance security.
